Gladiolus

Gladiolus features long, elegant stems bursting with dramatic, blooms in a wide selection of hues from brilliant to bright white. It is also known as "Sword lily" for its sword-shaped leaves. The gladiolus flower signifies remembrance. They may also express infatuation, telling the receiver that he or she "Pierces the Heat".

HISTORY: Gladioli are popular garden plants cultivated in Europe for
more than 250 years. These were cultivated from hybrids of wild gladioli
native to South Africa.
